Patricia’s project explores how creativity and storytelling can become part of everyday wellbeing. Inspired by traditional Peruvian retablos and miniature worlds, she is developing a modular system that allows people to build, personalize, and gradually expand these small creative interior spaces.

The idea is to create a playful and accessible creative experience that encourages self-expression, reflection, and moments of calm.

The person

Patricia is a designer working at the intersection of wellbeing, creativity, and everyday life. Originally from Peru and now based in Stockholm, she has a background in industrial design and a master’s in child culture design. Patricia is passionate about creating experiences, products, and spaces that help people feel more connected, creative, and at ease.

The reason to join

Patricia applied to Home of the Home Lab because it felt like the perfect place to grow the idea. She was drawn to the programme’s open and exploratory approach, its focus on the meaning of home, and the opportunity to learn through making, testing, and collaboration. She is excited to challenge her ideas, develop the project further, and connect with a community dedicated to creating meaningful experiences.
