Meet our operations manager

Business coach and entrepreneur Tanja Olsson Öhrn will be the operations manager for the Home of the Home Lab.

The news article was originally published in Swedish on 3 July 2025.

Tanja Olsson Öhrn brings extensive experience, both as a business owner and from various roles within business networks, sales, marketing and concept development. In recent years, she has served on the board of the trade association Attraktiva Laholm and has run her own children’s clothing shop, Lykkemaja. She is also an adviser and coach for other business owners under the auspices of Region Halland.

We are delighted to welcome Tanja as operations manager for Home of the Home Lab. Her experience and energy are exactly what we need to strengthen Älmhult as a creative meeting place for entrepreneurs and businesses, says Stina Ramberg Fälth at Älmhult municipality.

“I am convinced that Sweden needs more entrepreneurs”

During the autumn, Tanja will work part-time with Home of the Home Lab while handing over her shop in Laholm. From the turn of the year, she will step into her new role as operations manager full-time.

What I am most looking forward to in my new role is inspiring new entrepreneurs with both courage and knowledge to realise their ideas. I see myself as an energising cheerleader and am convinced that Sweden needs more entrepreneurs, says Tanja.
