It's now possible to apply to the Home of the Home Lab incubation programme, starting in January 2026.

Our incubation programme will help you shape, test and launch your business idea, and throughout the journey you'll be supported by a network from IKEA, local businesses and various partner organisations. It's a great opportunity and we're looking forward to welcoming the first participants here in January, says Tanja Olsson Öhrn, operations manager.
The application is open 1–31 October and you apply by filling in a form with questions about your idea, your motivation to join and how you plan to participate.
Anyone with an idea about life in and around the home is welcome to apply. You don’t need to have a finished product – just a good idea! We welcome applicants who want to make a difference in society and the business world, no matter where in the world they are based, says Anthi Triantafyllidi, who works with the incubator programme and is Assignment Leader for Entrepreneurship at IKEA Älmhult AB.
