    At the International School of Älmhult (ISÄ), we have students from 49 different countries and teachers from 32 countries. We are well on our way to becoming internationally-minded individuals!

    At the International School of Älmhult, we offer the EY, PYP and MYP Programmes. From Autumn 2017, the DP Programme is offered at Haganäs.

    The International School of Älmhult is registered with the Swedish School Inspectorate to offer the IB Primary Years Programme (PYP), including Early Years (EYP), and Middle Years Programme (MYP) to children from the age 3 to 16.

    Successful PYP 5 Exhibition Showcases Student Learning at ISÄ

    Last Thursday and Friday, we proudly celebrated another successful PYP 5 Exhibition at ISÄ. Over the past two months, our students have engaged deeply in inquiry, exploring issues they are genuinely passionate about. During the exhibition, they confidently presented their learning, demonstrating that they are knowledgeable, reflective, and skilled communicators.

    PYP 2 Students Explore Goods and Services in the Community

    Our PYP 2 students have reached the “finding out and sorting out” phase of their inquiry into the central idea: “People provide goods and services based on community wants and needs.”
